JIEM gives special importance to physical development of students, teachers and staff members. It is a known fact that physical activity not only accelerates mental health, but also helps in feeling better. At the same time, regular exercise can help students in boosting their self-esteem. Due to this reason, we have designed a well-equipped gymnasium to empower students in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. We also encourage all the fitness seekers, body builders and weight lifters to avail the facilities in the gym under the supervision of a professionally qualified trainer.
